The Oral-B Triumph With SmartGuide Technology: The Best Toothbrush I've Ever Used


This morning I brushed my teeth with the best toothbrush I've ever used in my life. It's the Oral-B Triumph 9900 Toothbrush with Smart Guide and I personally think it would make a great gift for the holidays.

First, the Triumph 9900 has four modes that you can use to brush your teeth: clean, sensitive, massage, and polish, and promises that you will see whiter results in 21 days. Tips On How to Make a Gingerbread House from a Disney World Pastry Chef

After attending two Walt Disney World Mom Blogger Mixers and seeing up close everything Disney has to offer, I am still amazed at the lengths Disney goes to to make their guests' visit as memorable as possible. Walt Disney World truly is an amazing place!

Every holiday season in the Grand Floridian Resort lobby, Disney pastry chefs erect a 16 ft. tall gingerbread house over the course of three days using, get this: 1,050 pounds of honey, 600 pounds of powered sugar, 800 pounds of flour and 700 pounds of chocolate. It's truly a sight to behold, and you can see it on the YouTube video below. Plus, if you've always wanted to know the secret behind making the perfect gingerbread house, a Disney pasty chef tells you how. Hint: It's all about the royal icing.

    Sweet PJs for Little Girls



    On Friday afternoon I received the Candy PJ set from The Children's Place for my oldest daughter and I have to say: it's quite adorable! As I wrote this review, my daughter was sound asleep in her new pajamas and her hair was tied back with the matching ponytail holder that came with it. Before she went to bed last night, she was in total bliss -- literally smiling from ear to ear -- knowing that she would go to sleep in her brand-new pajamas with her favorite sweet treats emblazoned on it. (Notice the donuts, cupcakes, and cake on the Candy PJ photo on the left).

    The pajamas are well-made, sturdy, and the fabric is not too heavy. Sometimes when pajamas are made with fabric that is too heavy, it becomes uncomfortable to wear, but The Children's Place's Candy PJ pajamas are not too hot evidenced by the fact that my daughter stayed snuggled under the covers all night as opposed to kicking out because she was too hot. What makes the Candy PJ set extra sweet is the glittered screen print on the top. It's definitely a nice touch and really makes the pajama set stand out.

    The Candy PJ set is perfect for sleepovers or even trips to see relatives. It's lightweight and a ton of fun for girls to wear to let their imagination run wild as they imagine eating all those delectable sweets. Retails for $16.50. Very affordable; love that!
