Workouts in a NY Minute

"What if I really don't have a whole hour to spare for working out?" As the creator of "No Excuse" training, David Kirsch worked with Weight Watchers to answer this often-asked question. The answer? Workouts in a NY Minute.Squeezing in your 10's
If you are too busy for a complete workout, make a commitment to doing at least one 10-minute workout per day. Ideally, you should do three or four of them, splitting up your sessions as time permits, at least, three days a week. With the Express Workouts, the routines are broken down into body parts -- often combining things like butt, thighs and hip or an overall cardio sculpting mini-session -- just enough to get the heart pumping and the muscles softly singing as you sumo lunge, plie squat, and crab race your way to a new you!
